ABOUT
Mark D. Loffredo is a native New Yorker, President of Richmond Home Inspection, Co. Inc.
He is a pioneer in the home inspection business and is known for his detailed and thorough reports that help the buyer understand the value and potential liabilities of their would-be purchase.
Mark D. Loffredo has studied Architectural Engineering at Institute for Design and Construction (I.D.C.), and the State University of New York, and received a bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences/Construction Management with a specialization in Soil Mechanics and Hydrostatics.
Mark D. Loffredo As an adjunct professor at City Technical College Mr. Loffredo has taught building science and certified technicians throughout NYS.
Mark D. Loffredo has completed over 10,000 home and building inspections and is a master inspector. Each inspection results in a custom-written report (this is not a checklist report).
All inspections include a wood-destroying insect report, required by all banks and lending institutions (NPMA-33).
Mark keeps current with all building codes and violations and can access any and all current and possible D.O.B. violations.
